The technology zones will again provide a unifying theme at the Roland DG stand at Viscom Düsseldorf. Visitors will be astonished and inspired by the cost-effective printing solutions and innovative applications, presented at four zones. The Roland DG stand (Hall 8b, Booth H40-50) will feature not only currently popular products, but a few novelties as well. These new products will be shown to the European public for the very first time.

Roland DG is renowned worldwide for its high quality, highly efficient combined printers/cutters, which can create stickers, window decorations, labels, vehicle wraps, heat transfers and much more besides. At the Print & Cut zone, visitors will be given a demonstration of Roland’s high-end machines. The reliable production model, SOLJET PRO4 XR-640, will be on stand along with the immensely popular entry-level machines of the VersaCAMM series.
Visitors will find the latest large-format printers at Print Zone. These use the familiar Roland DG four-colour eco-solvent inks. Ideal for creating top-class posters, banners, billboards, backlits, displays, etc. At the exhibition, these printers will be operated with Rolandprintstudio, Roland DG’s extensive RIP package for Mac OS X.
Personalisation is a hot topic. The Personalisation Zone will offer visitors a number of new, amazing and highly profitable applications. Inspiration is guaranteed for all those looking for alternative sources of income. The VersaUV LEF-20 flatbed printer will be the centrepiece of this zone. It can print directly on a very wide range of substrates up to 100 mm thick, and can convert conventional material into personalised items.
The Texart sublimation printers and calender will be the showpieces of the Sublimation Zone. Together, these machines offer a simple and affordable solution for sublimation printing. Sublimation printing can be used to produce sportswear, fashion, gadgets, merchandising, soft signage and interior decoration.
